Its really great when our berth lease buyers and sellers enjoy working with us to achieve their aims. Below is a paragraph written today by one of our berth lease buyers.

Hi Chris

Your knowledge and frequent updates made the whole berth lease purchase a very easy process for me and I am very happy to have my boat sat on its new berth now.
MR J. NEWMAN

Our new fully mobile responsive web site is up and running and with no negative feed and knowing just how busy our customers are we think they must like it!  We just sold a secondary market Berth Lease in Lefkas Marina in Greece and rather than say anything about this ourselves we thought we would let the buyer and seller speak for themselves. " THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR ARRANGING THE SALE OF OUR BERTH LEASE AND LIAISING WITH THE PURCHASER AND THE MARINA TO ACHIVE A SATISFACTORY SALE..." MR G. PORTCH.
" MAY I TAKE THIS OPPORTUNITY TO THANK YOU AND COLLEAGUES AT TRIANGLE BERTH BROKERS FOR THE HIGH QUALITY SERVICE THAT YOU HAVE PROVIDED. THE PURCHASE HAS BEEN SEAMLESS AND YOU EXPERTISE GUIDING ME THROUGH THE INTERNATIONAL  PAPER WORK HAS PROVED INVALUABLE. I WOULD AND WILL, RECOMMEND YOUR COMPANY  TO FELLOW BOAT OWNERS" MR T. WILLIAM

Our brand new fully responsive web site is well under construction and all going well with our web designers it will be ready to go live by the end of the week! We would welcome feed back but trust it will a great online experience for our existing and new customers.

Great news for all those who think Lefkas Marina is a perfect base from which to enjoy the stunning islands and anchorages of the Southern Ionian but found the flights from the UK rather restricting. Easyjet are starting a brand new twice weekly service from Gatwick to Prezeza on Wednesday's and Sunday's. The first flight is Sunday 17th May and the last 21st October 2015. I have little doubt this will be a huge success and mean that many more boat owners will want to rent or buy a berth leases in Lefkas Marina. Do get in contact with us for further information as our services are completely free to boat owners.

The Greek Boat Tax discussion has quitened down as boat owners entered into the 2014 season with no evidence of the Boat Tax being introduced on the ground. Naturally this could change but for the moment it appears that there is a re-think going on at Ministerial level in Athens leaving the subject of implementation of the tax still undecided.

There is growing evidence of a recovery in the marine industry across Europe albeit a slow but steady one. This recovery is showing itself in marina occupancy rising in the prime locations so we would expect to see marinas start to move rental rates up again in the not too distant future. It only takes a few percentage points increase in demand for prime marinas to become full again although we suspect this will take a couple more years of growth in boat sales and a continued rise in wider confidence.
