OUR BERTH BROKERAGE COMMISSION RATES NOW START FROM JUST 5.0%. THE FOLLOWING COMMISSION RATES APPLY TO NEW EXCLUSIVE AND NON-EXCLUSIVE INSTRUCTIONS.
BERTH SIZE  EXCLUSIVE NON-EXCLUSIVE
up to 10.0m      7.5%        8.0%



10.1 to 20.0m      6.0%        7.5%



20.1 to 30.0m      5.5%        7.0%



over 30.1m      5.0%        6.5%






BERTH RENTAL COMMISSION RATES
 EXCLUSIVE NON-EXCLUSIVE

     12%        15%

Exclusive instruction to sell or let a berth means that our commission is due and payable however and to whomever the berth is sold or let within 6 months from the date of Instruction. Following this period the instruction will automatically move to our Non-Exclusive commission rates unless de-instructed by the vendor. Non-Exclusive instructions means that a commission is only payable when we secure a berth buyer or berth tenant.
